Children enrolled in Woody’s Clubhouse Childcare currently or in the past two years only need to complete Enrichment Admissions Agreement and submit payment to register.

To enroll your child, complete the required fillable forms and return them signed with payment in person at Woody's Clubhouse (lower playground) or scan & email.
Drumming and Gymnastics Enrichment Classes began January 13 as they only had 7 weeks due to scheduled holidays. You can still enroll in these classes at a prorated cost. All other Enrichment Classes will begin the following week (January 21-24) and ending March 11-21. The Alice in Wonderland musical will follow the same extended schedule through the Spring (May 22). Class times range from 1:45PM – 4:45PM daily based on grade level and course curriculum. Each class must have a minimum of 12 children to proceed. Any class that does not meet the minimum enrollment will be canceled. Class lengths vary from 30 minutes to 120 minutes. Please note the “Pick Up Time” for each class. In order to meet the needs of the diverse age range, we will separate some classes. Children will be signed into Woody’s Clubhouse Childcare Program when the class does not meet. Payments can be made in full or two installments. Needs-based scholarships available.
